Jill Lambson-Nirk, MA, LMHCA, RDH

Jill Lambson-Nirk is a  Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), combined with a compassionate, client-centered focus that honors each person’s unique story and strengths.

Jill works with adults and adolescents navigating a variety of life challenges—including anxiety, low mood, chronic stress, self-doubt, and times of change or uncertainty. Her goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore patterns, gain insight, and build practical tools for lasting emotional wellness.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), I provide one-on-one counseling for individuals seeking support with emotional, mental, or life-related concerns. Sessions draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured and evidence-based method that helps uncover patterns in thinking and behavior. Alongside CBT, I integrate other therapeutic modalities as needed, guided by each person’s unique needs and preferences. My style is attentive and collaborative, offering a space where clients feel supported in gaining new perspective and working toward meaningful change.
