1:1 CBT-Based Counseling

Welcome! I offer 50 minute individual sessions designed for dental and healthcare professionals — and compassionate individuals who often prioritize others before themselves.

How it Works

We begin with a 90 minute intake session to deeply understand your story and collaboratively set meaningful, measurable goals using Goal Attainment Scaling, a well-regarded method for enhancing clarity and tracking progress.

Our work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach shown to reduce burnout, anxiety, and depressive symptoms while fostering lasting emotional well-being.

Insurance & Fees

We accept several major insurance plans—please check the FAQ to confirm whether yours is accepted. Clients are responsible for any balances, copayments, or coinsurance. Out-of-network clients will receive a superbill to submit to their insurer for possible reimbursement.

Getting Started

New clients are invited to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation through the website or by calling our office to explore whether we’re a good fit before booking your intake session. Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs, delivered via secure telehealth throughout Washington State.
