About Jill Lambson-Nirk, MA, LMHCA

Jill Lambson-Nirk is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an extensive background in healthcare and client support. Her clinical work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and shaped by a deep belief in the healing power of empathy, structure, and human connection.

Jill’s therapeutic focus includes work with adults, adolescents, and emerging adults who are experiencing emotional distress, self-doubt, chronic worry, low mood, and periods of overwhelm.  She is especially attuned to those who carry a strong sense of responsibility in their personal or professional roles, yet struggle to offer themselves the same care they extend to others.

In sessions, Jill combines evidence-based techniques with a calming, nonjudgmental presence—helping clients develop insight, increase self-awareness, and learn practical tools for emotional resilience. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique path.

Clients often describe her style as steady, thoughtful, and gently empowering—a reliable support for those ready to explore meaningful change.
