About Jill Lambson-Nirk, MA, LMHCA, RDH

Jill Lambson-Nirk, MA, LMHCA, RDH is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Registered Dental Hygienist with over two decades of clinical experience in the dental field. With a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced in dental practices-tight schedules, emotional fatigue, team dynamics, and patient anxiety-Jill has experienced firsthand the complexity and intensity of life in dentistry.

Jill holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and applies this expertise to the dental field, where she spent more than 20 years providing care and building strong clinical teams. Motivated by a desire to contribute to the well-being of the profession she knows so well, she expanded her career into mental health counseling with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her passion lies in offering practical, evidence-based tools that support the emotional health of dental and other healthcare providers across the Pacific Northwest.

Jill’s approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a genuine love for people. She has been fortunate to work alongside exceptional clinicians and leaders,  and now feels honored to offer guidance and support back to the community that shaped her. Whether you’re navigating team challenges, patient care, stress, or personal anxiety and depression, Jill is here to help you develop practical, CBT-based tools to restore balance, purpose, and well-being. Her mission is to support dental and healthcare professionals in doing the inner work that fuels outer success- in the operatory and beyond.
