  • Pacific Balance Counseling works with individuals from a variety of backgrounds who are seeking support for emotional, mental, or life-related challenges. Some may be navigating stress, sadness, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty in relationships or daily functioning. Others may be looking to better understand themselves or work toward personal growth. Care is personalized to reflect each client’s unique experience, and therapy can be helpful at many different points in life. If you're considering getting started, you’re welcome to reach out with questions or to learn more.

  • Therapeutic work at Pacific Balance Counseling is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-established approach that helps individuals recognize how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected—and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful improvement over time. While CBT offers a strong foundation, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each client’s background, preferences, and goals guide the process, and other approaches may be incorporated to best support personal growth and emotional well-being. Sessions are always collaborative, respectful, and centered around what feels most useful and relevant to the individual.
